About the Job
We are looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children in our growing tuition business.
This role would suit someone with experience in education, tutoring, childcare or working with children aged 5 to 16.
Main duties include:
- Supporting children during lessons.
- Helping students stay focused and motivated.
- Assisting with reading, writing and maths activities.
- Supporting the tutor with classroom tasks.
- Checking that students complete assigned work.
- Helping to maintain a positive and organised learning environment.
- Communicating politely and professionally with students and parents.
The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, organised and confident working with children.
Experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, teacher or childcare professional would be useful.
